Hill Diversity
Imaginary Office worked with Joint Center researchers and staff to present data findings from two recent Congressional staffing diversity reports.
Mapped and charted data show the percent people of color (POC) in a state or district in relation to POC representation in key government positions. The Hill Diversity microsite launched after the 2022 election as a communications platform and campaign to encourage racially diverse government hiring, and has been updated in 2024.
Interactive maps provide at-a-glace views of the scores by region.
The data table shows scorecard-like stats assigned to each representative.
